What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
From May to September, reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival. From October to April, cancellations are accepted up to 2 days before arrival.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Towels, bed linen, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided in every room.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Each room is equipped with a minibar, microwave, and kettle. The suite also features a full-size refrigerator, a wine cooler, and a kitchenette with an induction hob and cooking utensils.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, guests can enjoy a 10% discount at the café located on the ground floor of the building.
How far is the property from the beach?
The property is located 800 metres from Costa Azzurra Beach and 700 metres from GIT Beach.
Is parking available?
A parking space is available for our guests approximately 80 metres from the property. Parking is not included in the room rate.
