Breakfast
To start your day off on the right foot, there is nothing better than our breakfast, served at Manzoni café, on the ground floor of the building housing the rooms. You will enjoy your breakfast – whether sweet or savoury – right in front of the marina in Grado. You can have eggs and ham, or a toast (regular or vegetarian), or even croissants, juice, cappuccino or coffee. Breakfast is not included in the rate.
Car park
Parking on the island of Grado is not easy. For this reason, we have thought of making life easier for guests who decide to reach us by car. For our guests there is a parking space available 80 metres from Sea Garden - Apartments & Rooms. Parking is not included in the price of the reservation.
Private boat hire
Grado and its lagoon are beautiful to explore by boat. There is nothing better than having this experience on your own by hiring a boat. We can provide our guests with a 10% discount on the rental of a small boat, which can be driven without a licence.
Golf club
For golf enthusiasts or those who want to try their hand at this sport, there is an 18-hole course surrounded by the distinctive landscape of the Grado lagoon and its unspoilt nature.
Bicycle hire
The surroundings of Grado are ideal for a bicycle tour, thanks to the many cycle paths in the area. Mauro Bike rental shop is just a short walk from Sea Garden - Apartments & Rooms. You can rent bikes of all types, from mountain bikes to e-bikes, for a perfect day on two wheels. There is also an internal car park where you can leave your bike safely.

Our staff is available to advise you on trips in and around Grado. A simple visit to the wonderful old town centre, a boat trip in the lagoon or to the island of Barbana, a trip to Cona Island or a tour of the historic and artistic masterpieces of nearby Aquileia: Grado and its surrounding area have much to offer in all seasons.
